The ingredients needed to cook Paneer Tikka:
- Use of Marination.
- You need of paneer.
- You need of hung curd.
- Get of Roasted besan.
- You need of Soaked musk melon& soaked cashew paste.
- Get of turmeric.
- Use of kashmiri red chilli.
- Use of ginger and chili paste.
- Get of Roasted cumin powder.
- Provide of coriander powder.

Steps to make Paneer Tikka:
- Take a pan. Add besan and slightly roast in medium flame.
- Take a bowl add hung curd, salt, chily powder, coriander powder, ginger and chily paste, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, mustard oil, muskmelon &cashew paste and roasted besan and turmeric mix all together.
- Now cut paneer cut into big piece and add to the paste and give a gentle stir and in keep in fridge for half an hour until paneer marinate properly.
- Soak skewer for half an hour and arrange paneer pieces.
